I have read a few concerns and questions of readers with similar problems but mine differs a little bit. I have noticed a small but hard lump behind me ear away from the neck positioned upwards. It can be sore at time and i feel uneasy knowing its there. I have had excessive hair loss massive lumps are coming off plus i have painful red spots on my scalp. Had been given some steroids for the scalp condition but that has only made it worse and now the lump has appeared. Please could you advice me on this and could this be cancer by any chance. I feel tired and weak at times but none other symptoms.
