I have been experiencing pelvic pain and lower abdominal pain for about 8 weeks now, off and on; sometimes it is really bad. I have gone to about 5 different doctors during that time and now finally have an appointment coming up for a pelvic ultrasound in about 3 weeks.

My question is, today I was absentmindedly rubbing one area that was pinching a little -- I would say the location is around my right ovary but I'm not sure -- and I discovered a little lump that can be pushed around a bit. What could that be?!?
