I have had sharp stabbing pain in my stomach around my navel for some time. The pain comes and goes. Yesterday I felt a large lump in my abdomen just under my navel and it is still there. My gyn gave the diagnosis of fibroids several years ago with the option of a hysterectomy as the only solution. He has also noted endometriosis. Could either of these diagnoses be related to the lump?
