breast tenderness after hysterectomy
I had breast tenderness after my partial hysterectomy (which was recently - Oct.26,2009). My gyn had no answer
for me, but I tried applying natural progesterone cream directly on each breast and that took care of the tenderness. I got the natural prgesterone cream from the health food store (LifeFlo progesterone cream). It has
real USP progesterone and it is not from a wild yam. It is weak version of natural progesterone, it even helps with the lousy mooods from hormonal fluctuations.
Most books I have read like "From Hormone Hell to Hormone Well" explain that even though a woman keeps her
ovaries, they may not be able to function as well due to
the hysterectomy hindering the blood flow to & from the ovaries. Thus contributing to a hormone imbalance.
I hope this info. helps you as it did me.
