Q: Lump above my penis

Hi recently I noticed that there is a lump just above my penis (Hair area)
There are no sores or discolourations and it doesn't hurt. It actually feels like there is a growth under the skin (Like a small pea)

This is the 2nd time this has occured i'm starting to get worried
I've had sex only 3 times, (Twice protected, one not)

I do shave my my genital areas once in awhile.

Someone please help me, is this a STD and should I consult a doctor.
