Hi, I am 19 and since I was 16 I remember having a lump above my left testicle, about the size of a pea? it is hard to touch, and has been the same size for at least 3 years of my memory. It isn't on the testicle itself, but it feels attached. I don't think it has caused any pain. Is it cancer? or a cyst? I thought cyst were only soft

usa23,rubcube25,& johnwith44. It sounds like I have the same thing. I'm in a hard situation right now and would rather not go to a doctor because of money. I noticed it like 4 months ago, it was a small ball the size of a pin point floating freely in my scrotum, seemingly attached to my right testicular by some sort of cord. now it is about the size of a pee and can easily be found if i pinch down the length of my right testicle, it seems to always stay in the same place unless I stretch it somewhere else.
