A testicular lump that doesn't hurt may be a sign of cancer. Most cases of testicular cancer occur when men are between ages 15 and 40. You'll need to request a physical examination, which will include inspection of the testicles and scrotum, and you'll also need to answer questions about the lump. BTW --- How old are you?
