A few months ago (3-4) I noticed a small lump on the top of my butt, where the tailbone ends sort of. It was not red or didn't hurt or anything, it was just a lump. I had tried squeezing it when i first found it but it did nothing, so I just left it. A few days ago I was scratching my back, and for the first time i felt some liquid on my fingers. I checked in the mirror and it was bleeding with a mixture of fluids. I thought it might be a worm of some sort but I really don't know.

What could this be? I am very worried.
