Lumbar Support Belt

ive used them and think the added support prevents further injury.

If you don''t mind me asking, what belt did you use? I looked online and there are a ton of belts different from the one I am using. Just curious what other people use and what they think of them.

This blog is indeed very helpful especially since i work for very long hours just sitting up in front of the personal computer and it gets uncomfortable for me especially when it gets painful. Thank you that was very informative.
