i am 34 years old, i had severe bachache at lower left side, right leg muscle pain inside, no swelling, severe pain in leg when walking through steps (more while getting down). is it relavant with the bachache or not.

2. PARTIAL DESSICATION OF L5/S1 DISC WITHOUT SIGNIFICANT BULGE.
3. MILD BILATERAL L4/L5 FACETAL HYPERTROPHY.
pl. suggest me how much time it takes to cure, can it come to normal as previous. what are the precautions to be taken, to get normal suggest me what to do.
