We have a c-sec scheduled for June 30. My first little boy's name is Jacob Arron (after his dad), so it was my turn to pick this guy's name. I'm set on Lucas, no real reason other than it popped in my head one day and stayed there. I'm not so sure on the middle name. My mom's middle name is Rae and she passed it on to me. This is my last child, so I won't have a little girl to pass it on to, so I figured since it is a unisex name I could pass it on this way. None of the reviews from my family have been very good. I've heard that if I'm going to use Ray it should be Raymond (which defeats the purpose) and many other not good things about it.

So, honestly, is Ray that bad for a middle name?

I really like Ray as a middle name for a boy. It sounds very nice to me.
