i am currently having pain in the area where my right ovary is and my lower right back, please does any one have similar issues? what could it be? gp has not been of much help

I would say to see a OB-GYN....He/she is much more familiar with ovary and uterus problems...It is also possible that it is your kidney, but either see this type of specialist or an Internal Medicine doctor....Take care...

Hi,I'm having the same issues. I've been hurting in my lower right side that goes to my back for over 2 weeks. I just saw the gynecologist last week and had an ultrasound done yesterday morning,now waiting for the results. The doctor's are puzzled also. I hope you find out whats wrong soon. I wish you goodluck and keep us posted,I will do the same!!

Hi,just wanted to update you on my ultrasound results. They saw a normal cyst on my left ovary,a polyp on my uterus and some free fluid. Do polyps go away on there own?
