I've had lower right quadrant abdominal pain since December 2011, so about 4 months right now. I'm a Male in his early 20's. It feels dull, like there is a pressure but never moves around. It's always at the same location. No other symptoms. I've had a CT scan done that revealed absolutely nothing, all was completely normal. Blood work was normal, too. It's not really ever constant but always noticeable when lying down, and throughout the day it comes and goes.

Does anyone have any advice or information, or where I should go from here?

Thank you.

lower right abdomen pain
lxg17..I'm 44 - my pain is a "pulling" pain (like a muscle strain)just to the right of my belly button, sometimes extending outward to the right. I've had it for about three months, no major bowel changes or other symptoms, bloodwork fine. Nothing specific triggers it, but it worsens with activity (yardwork, especially when bending down,etc)and/or stress. Doctor doesn't think it's a hernia, cancer, ulcer, muscle pull, bowel obstruction (had a colonoscopy a few years back) but wants to do a scan anyway thinking it might be some sort of rare organ malfunction or inflammation. Any of this sound similar to what you're experiencing?

do u workout heavily? since your all test are normal it seems to be some kind nerve strain within your muscles which can be due to heavy workout sometimes or sleeping randomly(sleeping in an improper position).
