20 yr old:for the past 3 month and in the past i have had abdominal pain and now it has moved to the left, i also have not had a menstural period for the past 3 months i went to the ER thinking i might be pregnant and have a urinary tract infection or possibly kidney stone and they told me not pregnant, that i do not have urinary tract infection did a cat scan and i do not have kidney stones, they said flank pain, the pain is increasing i was wondering if it could be appendicitis, i never had problems like this until after i had a c-section which was 16 months ago i do not know if that could be a reason for me missing my period or the pain or if it could be a tubal pregnancy. Its just when i go to the ER they give me no answers to why i have the pain and do not care to look into it.

Appendicitis will give central diffuse pain that moves to the right lower abdomen in a few days.
That's not your complain.
If this pain is associated with diarrhea, it could be bowel inflammatory disease.
Personally, I think your pelvic and abdominal pain is caused by adhesions.
Adhesions are scar tissue that form after abdominal and pelvic surgery, and especially after c-section (developing soon or years after surgery).
They manifest as a cramps, nausea, vomiting and problems with bowel movements.

Consult your GYN, since adhesions can interfere with further conceptions.

Best wishes!

You could not have appendicitis for that long. I had it for 3 days when I was 9 and it almost killed me because it had ruptured.
