Lower Left Abdominal pain, has lasted for several days. Pain is at it's worse after waking up, decreases with stretching. I have full range of motion but it's painful in certain positions. No blood in stool, no vomiting or diarrhea.

Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

Lower left abdominal pain can be due to various reasons as kidney disorder,Pelvic disease,endometriosis etc.It requires a clinical examination to comment regarding it.
If the pain persists even after few days consider visiting a Physician for evaluation.
