Q: Lower left abdomen pain and late periods

I am having lower left abdomen pain for the past 16 days. I am not having severe pain but the pain is annoying me. With these I am having nausea, fatique, always feeling too sleepy and tired, I ate a lot during this time and missed my periods for 8 days. Slowly I got pain in upper left abdomen too for the past 3 days. I am urinating always. I thought may be I am pregnant. but today i got my periods. So I am in a confused state. If anybody can tell me why it is like that

Could all this just be a junky month in terms of pms?
Sometimes I used to have months that were more painful than other. Is there still pain?

i had the EXACT same thing! except i dont have my period yet... (im hopeing for it to show up im afraid im preg) lower left dull throbbing pain for a few days. then nothing and two days ago i had very sharp pain in my upper abdomen (except all over/middle not just left side) that lasted a night and happened once or twice during the next day but it didnt hurt quite so bad. and now nothing. i was afraid i had a serious issue if not preg (which kinda is a serious issue)

why did that happen? ive never had that kind of pain b4 it felt nothing like PMS cramping.

Been there and now its back again..

Hello I had the same issue the first 2 times I had a Urinary Tract Infection..the pain started on the left and went to the right. Now Im having the same pain but its strictly on my left side..hoping im pg that would be awesome! Smile

I am experiencing the same thing

I took plan b a few days ago (prob 5 days ago) and have been feeling a slight throbbing pain in my left bottom abdomen. Like you ladies mentioned, I also feel the constant sensation of wanting to pee..what could this possibly be?? I have not taken a pregnancy test yet but even if I was pregnant how is it possible that I'm feeling all of these symptoms so quickly???? I hope I'm not pregnant...I don't know what I would do...please anyone with answers?
