Q: Lower intestinal and pelvic pain

I gave birth to a baby boy eight months ago via emergency c section. I was induced and was 4 days late. During my labor i spiked a really high fever that would not break with antibiotics. My babies heart rate also went dangerously high, resulting in a c section. It took over 2 months for my body to feel like it was coming around. Since my sons birth i had constipation and hemorrhoids. For the past 6-7 months i have had extreme pain in my lower abdomen (lower intestinal area) and pain in my pelvic are that comes and goes. I have feelings of pins and needles in my pelvic area throughout the day. When i have to have a bm...my stomach is in so much pain. The pain continues after i have gone. It feels the same way when i need to urinate. I have gone to my family doctor and she insists that it is IBS. I also have unusual red blot spots on my abdomen legs and chest. I have insisted that my doctor do various blood tests and stool samples as well as a pap to ensure that everything is ok. I had a pap done after my son was born and my doctor did another five months after and the results showed ASCUS. My stool sample did not show anything and all my blood tests have come back normal except i tested ve for H Pilori. Could this be why my stomach is in so much pain and why i have the red spots on my body? Help i need answers?

So you are positive for pylori? Are you being treated with antibiotics now? Pylori can cause a lot of discomfort in your abdomen. Your gynecologist will continue to do pap smears every 6 to 12 months watching your ASCUS. All of that together you will be experiencing abdominal pain. Bless your heart. I do wish you the best recovery.
