Hi,I got my follow up root canal done probably 5 months back,I go for cleaning twice a yr.I have a temp bridge on the upper tooth.. I have pockets on the upper wisdom tooth (one on each sides),which I'll get treatment early next yr.Recently I noticed,first time, abt 6 months ago in the middle of the night I get a pain in between or in my lower front tooth (i'ts not on the gums)...It was there whole night & gone the next day.. Happend after few months,Now again I get it,got it last night & morning it was mild & now it;s night I get it,I guess it may go during day time.. Why this is happening?Anything I should be concerned..I have upper shoulder & neck pain..anything conencted..I also noticed mild pain in my left arm... Pls advise... Thanks in advance..
