Q: lower cramping and spotting

Hi, My mom is 61. She has not had a period in 15 yrs. She is having lower abdomen cramping,slight bleeding, and urinary incontinece. I am fighting her to go to the Doc. But, she is to scared.It has been years since her last check up. Please tell me what this could be?
