Q: Lower backaches and tilted upper body

HELP!
i dont know whats wrong with me!
i have major lower backache and its uncomfortable to say the least
and i looked at myself in the mirror and noticed that the upper part oof my body is tilted toward my left side!
what does this mean?
is there any cure for it?
i have school and i really need to find out!

Can you straighten up? Did you injure yourself? Have you been doing anything differently, like sitting too long at the computer, lifting heavy items, doing a lot of repetitive bending or lifting (even of light objects)? Do you see a doctor regularly and have you ever been tested for things like scoliosis?
