Q: lower back pains - left side

so ive been in somewhat of a discomfort. my lower-left side just above my hip, it seems to have sharp pains. its common for the most part. but so aggravating! my right side tends to do it too, but not as often. idk what it could be.

please help?

Have you been to your primary doctor? That is the first place you should go and get an opinion from him/her first.

you descriptions of pain are very vague. If you could provide more detail, we may be able to direct your more.
