I read your question and i understand your concern. These are alternative approaches, help to some extent, complete eradication of pain is correlated with extent of severity of the pain and is inversely proportional.

Usually, improvement in the treatment of back pain is observed after 2-3 acupuncture procedures. Of course, the procedures do not guarantee a full recovery, but you will definitely feel a reduction in back pain. If after the 5th procedure you did not notice improvement in well-being, and the pain in your back does not weaken, then this method of treatment is not entirely suitable for you. Consult your doctor!
