Lower back pain

Hello.. hi my name is chris and i was diagnosed with acid reflux quite a few years ago and recentely well last friday night i drank around 5 beers and i had heartburn and it got so bad i eventually vomited which was a brown colour..and i vomited hard but since then i've had pains in my upper and lower back on both sides..i've read so much on the internet i'm now so anxious i can't sleep i also have anxiety and depression i was taking omperazole but i stopped last year i'm just wondering what's causing all these pains and i find it stops when i take an antacid..
