Oh it could be a number of things...from a pulled muscle, kidney, nerve, spasm...

Have you taken an over the counter med...does that help?

Wait, is it mostly in your back or in the front or both and is it on the left or right or both?

Firstly, go and see your doctor to find out what is causing your pain and for a course of action to be recommended. If it is a back problem, a chiropractor should be able to help with treatment and then exercises and advice to help avoid the problem recurring.
