I've been having lower back pain for quite a few years and i'm only 16.
I've been going to the chiropractor for about 4 years and had a few x-rays but they can't find anything wrong with the spin. Therefore they think it's mussle pain, i've tried a few different chiroprators but neither of them are helping that much and i don't feel it getting any better.
I particular hurts after physical activities which i do a lot of, or lifting, which i do quite abit of.
Does anyone have any suggestions.
Cheers.
