No not yet.We are not ready for the baby now.We are on Precautions. But is there by any chance this pain can occur due to precautions.

Sorry, what is "Precautions"? Is this a medication or a birth control?

Sorry i didnt mention it properly....I meant to say we use contraceptives for birth control.

Have you ever had any problems during your smear tests? I always get backache when I'm due to come on, and was told by the nurse who did my smear that I have a retroverted uterus. Basically means it tilts backwards instead of forwards. I don't get a swollen abdomen or stomach cramps, I get backache and diarrohoea as the uterus pushes on the bowels. I'd ask your gp. It shouldn't have any effect on your sexlife or your ability to concieve, I've got three kids.

yah that might be the problem.yah my problem some what sounds similar to yours as i also get a severe backache but i do get cramps as well but that's when my period starts.
