Early Pregnancy Signs and Symptoms Answer A24009
Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Delayed periods, abdominal cramps could be suggestive of early symptoms of pregnancy. It is difficult to comment on your symptoms without examining you. If your periods do not start within 10 days of expected period dates, you should consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist for examination (to look for signs of pregnancy changes in body) and getting a blood HCG test done (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately).
Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet. Avoid caffeinated and carbonated beverages.
Take care.
