lower back pain, and i am 1month late!

hi everyone ,
i have been on the depo jag since 2005 and i came off it in 2008, then a few months later i went on the copper T coil and had been on it for 2years and i have just came off it 6months ago, i have swollen tender breasts and a sore hard tummy, get really sore headaches everyday, also have lower back pain, and i am 1month late with my periods, since i came off the coil my periods have been late for 3times, i have given up on homes pregnancy tests every time i take one it says am not pregnant i went 2 the doctor 3months ago and had a blood test and that also said i was not ,i have an appointment at the doctors again on saturday but i want 2 know if i am or not could someone please help me ?
