Q: Lower back pain and aching

I will start by saying i had my period on the 17th of this month and lasted till the 21st im not on the pill or anything, but for the last 3day i have be peeing alot i dont drink a hole load of water or anything like that. Today i started to get lower back pain at the bottom of my spine and also feeling really lazy aching all over and just wondered what it could be when i do go to the loo it does not stin hurt or anything but need to go quite alot. please help .

Could be an overactive bladder...

i seem to get back pain in my lower back after being stood up for ages. i dont have a clue what it is... but a good massage really helps!
