Q: lower back pain and abdominal pain

hi,
at the start of summer i started to get pains in the lower left hand side of my back, right near the bottom and whenever i sat down the pain also came round to the front to where abouts my ovaries are, the pains then went away for a few weeks and now it has come back again but even more pain is felt in both areas more so in my back area, especially if i bend over, sit or even lie down. what could this be?? looking

it could be pretty much anything have you been to a good doctor one who will listen to you you probably need to have some kind of proffessional examination or evaluation to rule certain things in or out dont wait and dont be put off with oh it will just go away

You need a full evaluation by your PCP to determine if you are having gyn or other type of problems. If that is ruled out, then you need a full evaluation with a spinal surgeon to determine if the issues you are having are spinal related.

Abdominal pain around the area of your ovaries is not uncommon if your core muscles are weak and not supporting your spine well.

but you need medical evaluation by doctors with an MD after their name.

You should never just ignore the pain that you are having and think it will go away. What ever the cause is, pain is the body's method of telling you that something is not right and you need to find out what it is.

You should also never just try to self treat without being under the care and diagnosis of a medical doctor.
Trying various methods of chiropractic care can make your situation worse, especially without a formal diagnosis.
