lower back & leg pain urine continuously do come out.

am suffering from lower back & leg pain along with the muscular pain in backside of shoulder which causes pain in the left arm. Also i have some urine drops issue as well that after passing urine drops of urine continuously do come out of penis. I am very upset right now. severe headache is also there sp please help and guide me that to whom should i contact either to general Physician or neuro physician. Waiting for your guidance please.
