Hi everyone. I'm new here and I just wanna see if anyone has done what I have done to my lower back.

Basically I injured my lowerback way back in September while at the gym. Before it healed I played sports and it further injured it.

My problem at this point was just pain as I bent down.

I saw a physiotherapist and he had me do some core strengthening exercises.

It was getting better and I thought it was ok enough to start doing physical activities again.

I was wrong.

I further injured it and the pain also went to my hips.

So I continued doing my exercises but it just didn't seem to get better.

Finally I was recommended to another physiotherapist and he told me I had ilium upslip on my right side.

So he put me back in place and then had me do exercises.

There were times it would finally start to get better, only for me to injure it again by doing VERY light activities (ie. clubbing-type dancing).

So I would keep it up and it would get better but only to backtrack again.

And not just that, but I seem to have my right lilum upslip (SIJD) AGAIN and AGAIN VERY EASILY.

I pretty much don't do ANYTHING anymore. Not even long periods of walking. Yet somehow I put my right SIJ out.

He even had my buy a Serola belt to help keep it in place but it doesn't seem to be working.

One time I went to a club and I didn't dance at all. The only things I did was stand or walk but the next day my right hip would be slightly swollen and my right SIJ would be out again.

The following week after that I was able to keep my right SIJ in place for almost two weeks and I did my exercises everyday and it was getting better again.

But low and behold, I put it out again and now I'm back to where I started.

This is making my life very depressing as it affects every aspect of my life.

I have done no physical activities for 8months now and I'm afraid to even stand or walk for more that 5 minutes because I'm scared that just about ANYTHING would put my right SIJ out again.

Hello Jonogunn,

Welcome to this great forum.

Enough of trying to just rely on exercises. It is time for you to seek the advice of a neurologist/spinal surgeon. PLEASE do not delay anymore.

If specialists cant find anything wrong, you try a good chiropracter but if you do take some care in who you choose
