Q: lower back bone pain

hello dear doctor i m 23 years old i m 3 years ago i m doing bodybuilding so i hav ingured my back bone and i m suffering for back bone and my left leg hpis has already painful what should i do its very difficult 4 me
when i wake to the sleep i hav pain in my legs n hip..ant left foot also..plz give me some tims or idea thxxx,.....

hello and welcome.i had same problem and was diagnosed after various tests and physio then mri scan as having L5/s1 prolapsed disc.
i would see a chiropractor or spinal surgeon if this does not settle.
this is an opinion as i am a supporter for the forum.
they can put you on medication and try physio for to maybe pop it back in.
it may also be siatica which can itself put you through hell with pain.
my advice would be see a proffesional and have them examine you and get proper diagnosis as soon as you can.
