Kidney Conditions Forum - lower back bone pain and neck pain

i am 21 years old . I am a software professional . that i am sitting before my computer more than 10 hours so i feel pain on my lower part of back bone.its near to the hip. and i got neck pain too. i am in need of proper way to reduce it. if any exercise prescription too i am ready to do.
