Q: lower back and hip pain

I have been experiencing lower back and fron front pain and also hip pain now for the past tw0 days. I am 62 years of age and look after my 18 month old grand child who i lift constantly. Can you tell me whether it is just a muscular thing or could it be something else - i have trouble when getting up and walking around.

could you explain a little better what you mean by fron front pain.

what kind of trouble are you having when getting up and walking?

can you describe your pain? do you have and burnging, numbness tingling?
