Hello,

I have been having lower abdoniminal pain on my right side and I am always feeling bloated full of gas. Sometimes the abdominal pain comes after my period or when im am on my period or sometimes it hurts when Im having sex I know that I do hold my urnine alot too so it could be urinary tract infection. But what it feels like is a cramp in my abdominal area i am scheduling a doctors appointment with a ob/gyn but one time when I had gone to the doctor they said that everything was fine. So could someone please respond please. Thankyou and have a nice day.

My first thought was possibly ovarian pain. Hormonal changes throughout the month can trigger ovarian pain in some women. Perhaps you could ask your doctor about this possibility. The other thought is irritable bowel syndrome. This could be discussed with your primary physician.
