I am 22 years old
and just had a baby 6 mths ago. It seems
everytime I do lose wieght it goes nowhere
and when I gain wieght it gets bigger.
It only got smaller, surprisingly when I
was pregnant. But now i'm gaining wieght
again, (though trying to eat smart) and my
pouch is right back where it was before.
I don't know what to do, can anyone
suggest anything that can help.
