Q: Lower Abdominal pain

I have been feeling a little on and off pain in my lower abdominal. The pain is not that bad but I am concerned, it happen before and I went to the doctor and they said its not appendicitis. The pain stop for a month, and started again. What can this be ?

When it comes on, how long does it last and how often does it happen? Do you notice it after you eat certain things? What kind of pain is it? Cramping, sharp, dull, achy? Does it hurt to press on the area?

abdominal pain
it happens randomly it doesn't happen after i eat anything are walk/run it just randomly happen nothing bothers it or makes it worse
