I recently have been getting more pain from i believe the falling accident i had when i was 17. i fell 9 to 11 feet. hit the ground. blacked out. woke up in severe abdominal pain. blacked out. woke up tingly. my friend asked me if i was OK. i was out for at least 30 seconds. i felt weird. we started to walk back from where i fell to the side walk from behind his house. while walking i experience black outs. then soon after i accidentally fell into him then. he thought i pushed him. them he beat me up. after that i woke up all cry and drunk like i was. got a ride home. went to sleep when i got home. woke up later thinking it was the next day but it wasn't. then after that day i started experiences weird pain through out 4 years i have been dealing with this pain. doctor said chronic muscle disorder. i went to hospital had almost a 5000$ test and they didn't find anything wrong with me except inflamed lymph nodes. after all the i kinda went on life dealing with pain and stuff. now recently I've been feeling more pain. people tell me oh, you can just dround out the pain. but that doesn't last for so long. so now I've been feeling like just numbness underneath he skin. there's time i got bloated. but mostly the burning like fire feeling and i can feel my body digest food more. been a smoker for 4 years. drink on and off at times. quit those all together. i did have a few times where i woke up in the morning from drinking super sick and puking and stuff. i maybe could have a ulcer to. but all this has been keyed to is the day after i fell i gradually have been getting more and more different pains. and its to the point where i fear for my life. i don't no what is wrong with me. i work making outdoor furniture. i can walk places. carry heavy things. but internally I'm messed up in the front of my abdominal area and the pain doesn't go away. but if it isn't from the fall then i have no idea whats going on with me.

Hi,
Welcome to the forum. I am really glad to help you out. I can understand the pain and agony which you’re going through. Probably you have done a CT scan or an MRI which has shown the inflamed lymph node. However, the cause of the inflamed lymph node has to be found out. I assume that the likelihood of the pain arising from the fall is quite less.

The cause of the enlarged & inflamed lymph node can be anything from an acute infection of the intestine, chronic infection, inflammation of some organ like pancreas, to a gastrointestinal malignancy. I’ll suggest you to consult a gastroenterologist and seek an opinion for the same as it is not possible to diagnose online. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
