I dont know whether my 'pain' and discomforts are me worrying about being ill or if they are a problem and im afraid of going to the doctors im really phobic of needles and i dont like being touched.
I have IBS so those pains im used to, but over the last few weeks ive been getting dicomfort on the lower right part of my abdomin, but not all the time and when i think about it im very aware of it. I think it feels almost warm, but i cant tell if it actually is a symtom or if im just paranoid. Ive been considering going to the doctors for anxiety because worrying about my health has always been a problem, i get really tense and i cant sleep because i just convince myself that i need to go to the doctors and that im gonna have a life threatening condition or something like that. Its horrible. If anyones got any thoughts id appreciate it
