I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend when i was suppose to be ovulating, i am now experiencing lower abdominal cramps and sore breasts. My next period is not due till Aug. 2nd Please help

Hello,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
Sore breasts and lower abdominal cramps could indicate pregnancy. Look out for other symptoms like: nausea, increased fatigue, tiredness, sleepiness and hunger, mood swings, constipation, increased frequency of urine, and headaches.
Report to your gynecologist/healthcare provider if you miss your periods or have an abnormal period and get a blood beta HCG test done along with an examination and ultrasound scan done to confirm the pregnancy.
