I am a 22 year old male and I masturbate once daily (on average). My ejaculation is generally normal and I have been informed that it is not a matter that I would have to worry about if my ejaculation is a bit clear at times. However, I feel that there is something wrong with my reproductive organs. Here it is. Today, at 3:15 AM, I went to the toilet to pass urine prior to masturbation. I passed urine quite normally and I came out and started to masturbate. I reached my orgasm and the sperms were in a cloudy white color. However, after about 5 minutes I started to experience a tiny burning sensation in my lower abdominal area, deep in my groin at the base of the penis. I ignored it and went to bed trying to sleep. However this burning sensation (much like sore) was intensifying really fast. I did go to sleep and woke up 20-30 minutes later with an intense burning pain in that area deep in my groin. I felt as if i wanted to pee. I did go to pee and some urine came out. Then I quickly started to drink water desperately, a lot of it, as I have previously experienced that it helps. At 4:15 I was full with water and the pain was really extreme. It was like as if my bladder was sore as a whole!! I suffered this extreme sore sensation for 30 minutes and I knew that my bladder was full with urine. Then I went and urinated a lot and the pain started to depart really fast. at 5:00 AM, which is 45 mins after I drank water. I did not feel any pain. I was okay. 30 mins later I was again full with urine with a mild "have to goo pee" type pain.. which is normal.. I peed quite a lot and I was as normal as I was before. Could you please explain to me why I felt this sore feeling. This happens quite often if I ejaculate any time near urination. At times if I pee after ejaculation the same thing happens. Is this a symptom of a huge illness? Well, I never had sexual-intercourse with anyone, so I guess it is pretty narrow for me to catch a STD through unsafe sex. please help me.. thanks
