Yesterday I started getting pains in my lower ab. It's right below my belly button bt it doesn't really feel like the area where I get cramps so I'm nt sure it has to do w/ beein pregnant.. Whenever I press down on it it just feels really sore and it's kinda painful, I haven't heard of this bt is this a pregnancy symptom??

IT's possible that you're constipated, you are experiencing pancreatitis, appendicitis, gallstones or a bladder diseases. In other words, abdominal pain is the LEAST reliable of pregnancy symptoms. To exclude or confirm a possible pregnancy, you need to take a pregnancy test.
