Q: low wbc with cellutis

i was admitted to hospital last week after spiking temp during nite with fever 101.7 chills aches,also earlier that eve i developed rash on my rt chest red and hot. was treated with iv antibiotics then to po, my blood wbc never elevated last i knew 3.7 count
