I had an unprotected sex 5 weeks ago. I did a CBC test yesterday and the results were Absolute Neutropenia and Mild Thrombocytopenia, with PLT: 134 and WBC: 3.4

does that mean i have HIV?
I didn't get any of the HIV symptoms the you mentioned.
Is it certain that I have HIV? please tell me how likely (in percentage) that I've been infected.
