Q: Low Testosterone

My husband recently found out that he has a low testosterone level in his blood. From what we can tell, this means he has either a low sperm count or low motility. We aren't sure.

Has anyone else been diagnosed with this sort of fertility problem? Is there any treatment and what exactly does it mean?
