If a man says that he has low sperm count and has to take Testosterone shots for him to conceive a child is that true. The only information I found about Testosterone shots is that it lowers a man sperm count. What is the probabilty of getting pregnant from pre-cum....

Welcome to ehealthforum,
Testosterone supplements are given in men to help increase the sperm counts. If the cause for low sperm count is obstruction or problem with production, then it might not work. The chances of pregnancy cannot be ruled out even with low counts or pre-cum, if you are close to your ovulation time at time of intercourse (afterall it takes only 1 healthy sperm to fertilize the egg).
