my husband had a sperm test and was told out of 40 million he was only producing 1 million what are the chances of him getting me pregnant

Hi and welcome to ehealth:

I would suggest during your fertile time of the month, which you can figure out, to have sex and then keep your legs higher in the air for a couple of hours..You could use a couple pillows but keep them high...Stay flat on your back....This way his sperm is at an elevated level and near your cervix for entry...It would keep it from dripping out of your vaginal canal...After you do get up, I would insert a kleenex or something carefully up high in the vaginal canal to hold things in for that much longer....
