Q: Low sperm count and fertility

My husband and i have been trying for a child for 4 years now and we decided to go and see a doctor as nothing was happening!
I had some blood tests done and they came back clear and my partner had sperm count tests.
His tests have come back that his count is below normal.We are still young im only 23 and he is 24 but its got to the point where we feel so down and upset that we canot have a cild of our own.
The doctor has said that we are probably not going to be able to concieve naturally and also the IVF clinics will not accept us because we are to young.
I really don't know what to do i feel like someone has come along a took all my female baby carrying machine away from me and we just dont know what the next step is to do.
