Q: Low right side pain

iam having low right side pain,decresed appatite,some fever,can't get comfortable at night the pain is so bad.What could it be.Will someone please tell me.

It's probably best for you to get in to see a doctor, especially since you have a fever and enough pain you can't sleep.
